Product or service reviewed: Electrical repair.
So Grateful! Such an impersonal world when all too often a great help goes under-rated. You see, my daughter has Covid. She was in an awful predicament when the bix outside the unit burned to bits. I thought how bad it is to be cold and sick. I called our usual company, three days from help. So I called Stuart. They said that they would try to work us in. I explained the item, and even though I have 30 years of construction experience, I said 'disconnect ' when i should have said 'load center'. Excitement for us all when they arrived earlier than expected. I had been quoted a very reasonable amount for a disconnect. Turns out, they had to go back and get the load center, breakers, conduit and wire. They also diagnosed a bad heat relay and repaired it while they were there. Very friendly techs, clear eyed and super helpful. They checked our ductwork and satisfied my fears about the transmission of Corona virus. So this is my thank you. Thank you for moving us up on the schedule, hard to do anytime, and thank you for caring about my family. 5+++++stars
